International Mobility Agent - Hybrid

YOUR MISSION
As our International Mobility Agent – Hybrid your main responsibility will be to personify our 24/7 service to our General Employees (GE’s). You will be the ‘Sophie’ that is available to answer our GE’s most diverse questions and requests at the most unorthodox times. These requests can range from resolving problems ad hoc, to looking for housing options or rebooking flights to the other side of the world. Your resourcefulness and prepared work will be essential for your colleagues to be able to fully function the next morning or during the night. It is also a very flexible schedule based on your availability and preferences with the sole requirement of day shifts and night shifts (23:30 - 08:00).
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Putting extensive thought into complicated or time-heavy requests from the day before and preparing the solutions for the next day;
- Being available for questions and requests in the chat;
- Handling incoming requests;
- Sending out payment orders;
- Completing office management tasks.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Function at a bachelor’s degree level;
- Organized and customer friendly;
- Flexible and employable for at least 2 shifts a week – both day and night shifts;
- You like to have impact, are driven to contribute to success and fit in at a rapidly growing, informal, modern organization and can handle a significant amount of responsibility;
- You have a fluency in English and live in Amsterdam or surrounding areas.
