As our Business Development Manager your main responsibility will be to take over warm leads with the goal to close as many deals as possible but may also include some acquisition as well. You will be working closely together with the Commercial Lead to optimize internal processes and support the setting up of our business expansion to the German market. You will meet ambitious sales targets, and help the company scale, not only in Germany but also internationally!


  • Be responsible for the whole sales process, from generating leads and having the first meeting to closing the deal;
  • Use your expertise and experience to discover and develop new business opportunities;
  • Attend meetings with existing and prospective clients both digitally and on-site (spending a good part of the day on the road);
  • Meet ambitious sales targets set in consultation with the Commercial Lead;
  • Build expertise in the relocation industry and be aware of market developments and trends;
  • Together with the Commercial Lead, analyze the sales process and relevant metrics in our CRM, and discover how it can be optimized.


  • A bachelor’s degree or are able to function at that level with 2-4 years of professional work experience in Business Development – preferably in selling B2B services;
  • Highly ambitious to meet your sales targets, and have an internal drive to contribute to the company’s success;
  • Immensely excited about our service and eager to get an understanding of the relocation industry;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • You like to have impact, are driven to contribute to success and fit in at a rapidly growing, informal, modern organization and can handle a significant amount of responsibility;
  • You have a fluency in English and German (our internal communications are always in English and you will need German in order to connect with clients); 
  • You are living in Berlin or surrounding areas and are open to frequent travel to Amsterdam. The first few weeks of employment you will work from HQ in Amsterdam for onboarding and meeting the team!
